RAMPF RAKU® TOOL Styling Boards - SB
Styling Boards (SB) combine the ULTIMATE in quality and mechanical properties. Their surface finish is exceptional with optimal dimensional stability. These are semi-finished rectangular boards which are prefabricated and made of polyurethane. They can be bonded in various shapes and sizes.

Modeling Boards (MB) exhibit EXCELLENT quality with superior mechanical properties. They present with fine surface finishes, good chip formation and great dimensional stability. These are semi-finished, prefabricated rectangular boards, which are made of polyurethane and can be bonded in various shapes and sizes. Modeling boards are quick and easy to mill on CNC machines, and in some cases manual processing is also possible.

RAMPF RAKU® TOOL Close Contour Paste - CP
Close contour pastes (CP) are a two-component epoxy system which are processed and applied using a mixing and dispensing machine. It can be applied to a substructure either by hand or using a CNC machine. Close contour application significantly reduces the amount of material used, milling time, required finishing and waste generated. Expect outcomes that are homogenous, seamless, dimensionally stable and REMARKABLE when using Close Contour Paste.

Near Net Shape Casting (CC) is a special casting process developed for manufacturing castings close to the final shape. It is easy to mill and presents with the HIGEST level of mechanical properties. The castings were produced to be cost effective, sustainable and user friendly. The fine surface aspect is seamless, in addition to being homogenous and dense.

RAMPF RAKU® TOOL Board Adhesives
Adhesive systems deliver OUTSTANDING adhesion, excellent flow properties, are easy to process and cure rapidly at room temperature. They come in one and two-component systems based on epoxy and polyurethane. Adhesives are available in different degrees of temperature resistance. Depending on the color, they can be matched to the relevant board material for a secure bond and optimum results.
