RAMPF’s RAKU® TOOL EI-2510/EH-2990 & EI-2511/EH-2990 resin systems are exceptionally resilient with a high-fractured toughness. As excellent candidates for structural applications, they can also tolerate high-temperature environments.🌡 Overall, they were developed to exceed the performance of toughened high Tg epoxy prepreg systems.
𝐄𝐈-𝟐𝟓𝟏𝟎/𝐄𝐇-𝟐𝟗𝟗𝟎 viscosity is very low with a great flow of 250cps @104 °F. The pot life is 2 hrs and it has a quick cure time of 2 hrs @248 °F. Fully cured, the system has a high dry Tg of 410°F, wet 350°F with excellent hot-wet properties.
𝐄𝐈-𝟐𝟓𝟏𝟏/𝐄𝐇-𝟐𝟗𝟗𝟎 proprieties are identical to the above, however, its high Tg dry is 330°F, wet 280°F. Its viscosity is 250cps @ 122°F. EI-2511/EH-2990 is so durable it encompasses flame retardant properties. It is temperature resistant up to 311°F.
