Tartler’s got you covered when it comes to your spray applications. If you’d like to achieve a “rough” or “smooth” spray application, Tartler provides 2 different spray options that enable you to produce these results with their MDM Series Metering and Mixing machines.
When a “rough” spray is appropriate, and air is permitted in your material, Tartler’s LC 5/3 Mixing Head with an additional air valve is a great choice. The air is dosed with the A and B components into the LC 5/3 Mixing Head and worked into the material. Resulting in low spray fog (you won’t overspray) and a quick clean-up!
For a smoother surface structure application, you can use Tartler’s Spray Nozzle. This nozzle prevents air from being introduced into the material, resulting in a “smooth” spray. Your spray fog will be stronger (overspray can occur) and additional cleaning of accessories will be necessary.
