Tartler’s Nodopox series paste machines are designed to take the disruptions out of your high viscosity casting or seamless modeling/tooling application. Tartler’s patented vacuum drum change system and flowmeter-control, ensures your extrusion will be air free and on ratio. A Siemens control panel and a series of sensors, monitor the material after it passes the pump; compensating for small ratio fluctuation and ensures material is mixed at the correct RPM.
Tartler can add buffer tanks, automatic re-filling, pot life alarms, shot quantity, temp and volume flow-controlled systems, all controlled by the machine’s protected touch screen.
